Dr. Warren Wood II, MD

Dr. Warren “Chip” Wood II, MD is an Internal Medicine Specialist with decades of clinical experience in medicine. Graduated from Georgetown University BS Chemistry Cum Laude, Tulane Medical School of Louisiana, Portsmouth Naval Hospital Internal Medicine Residency and served in the United States Navy Reserve for ten years. At Southcoast Health, Dr Wood served as the President of Southcoast Physicians Group; Physician in Chief of Primary Care, and the Chairman of the Board of the Southcoast Physician Network. Dr Wood is passionate about improving the health of populations through the promotion of primary care access.
